Cruiser's Wash

Please tell me why in the world I was charged $42 for an hour. Lesson learned- I won’t be back. It smells like sewage and the vacuum cleaners half work. The suction was terrible. I’d rather stand in the rain with a mop bucket— at least it doesn’t stink! After the owner replied to my comment, I emailed them as they asked. I had hoped they would’ve been of some help to clarify this situation. Sadly, they never responded. To know this establishment was once owned by Ed Knowles, an outstanding man. He would’ve been disappointed in the lack of customer service I received.

What a pleasant recent visit I had this past weekend. All thanks to the wonderful Izzy. My coin dispenser was not properly functional to vacuum and Izzy came to the rescue 🛟. Izzy took his time to dissect the machine, unjammed the coin receptor and assured me that things will work out. Izzy was there on personal time (washing his own vehicle) with his dog 🐕 in the car. Thank you Izzy! You manage to resolve a client's frustration with grace. This will be my prime place for car cleaning needs and I hope to bump into Izzy again.

Love that it's 24/7 and offers automatic and self service car wash as per your preferences. The self service comes with easy instructions but no air dry option to dry the car so it was tiring to dry manually.

Clean, Easy, and Reliable — Best Self-Service Wash in Durham! Cruisers Wash is my go-to spot whenever I need to clean my car, and it never disappoints. The self-service bays are always clean, well-maintained, and all the equipment works exactly like it should. The pressure washers have great power, the soap and foam options are solid, and the vacuums really get the job done. What I love most is how easy and convenient everything is — I can take my time, do it my way, and get my car looking like new without breaking the bank. The change machines always work, and they even accept cards, which is super helpful. If you're in Durham and like to wash your own car, Cruisers Wash is the place. Affordable, dependable, and always spotless. Highly recommended!

I must admit. I was skeptical when I went there cause of previous reviews but I must say this place was really nice. Idk about the self service but the touchless drive through was really good !!! 12 bucks and it did a good job was perfect for me. Plus it drys your car too. I will be going back. This review is legit. I'm happy to go there because I won't have to worry about my car being scratched up by other car washes.
